• The lower ring is floating allowing the banner to bellow in windy conditions, thus reducing the risk of the barrier system moving

• The height of the lower ring is calculated to act as a tapping rail for the visually impaired

• Base with floor protectors to prevent damage to your floor

• Low profile base with conical shape allows wheel chair users full access to your premises complying with the equality act of 2010
